Exmouth Docks
Since its’ conception in 1997, Sands have been responsible for the structural engineering on this prestigious project, designing over ten phases of residential development on this challenging site, as well as engineering the road and dock wall. The colourful buildings sit on piled foundations, carrying the loads through the disturbed ground which has been witness to many changes over the centuries. The highlight is possibly the 7 storey reinforced concrete framed ‘Regatta Court’, with basement parking. The wonderful views over the Exe estuary have made these properties some of the most sought-after in the South-West.
