Jonathan joined Sands as Associate Director in December 2009 and adds key knowledge of the transportation aspects associated with development projects based on experience working within highways, transportation and development planning. Jonathan has previously worked for major international transportation consultancies and his experience spans a range of sectors in the development of rural, urban and inner city sites.
In over 20 years experience Jonathan has been responsible for elements of work including Transport Assessments, Access Strategies, Travel Plans, S106 negotiations and Public Consultations supporting a wide range of planning proposals for residential, commercial, industrial, retail, waste, education and leisure uses.
Jonathan is a registered Incorporated Engineer, a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
