Space4 Houses and Flats
Sands have provided structural design support to Space4 since they launched in 2001. Together Sands and Space4 have designed and constructed thousands of units, a mixture of houses and apartments, using a modern method of timber frame construction.
Sands provide Space4 with a plethora of design information covering loading information, stability calculations, timber and steel beam designs and details along with all required connections and bearing checks, roof truss layouts showing all required beams and girder trusses, floor designs and details along with lintel designs and stud checks.
