Farringdon Hill Lane, Stogursey, Somerset

Sands were commissioned to undertake the Civil and infrastructure design for the proposed housing development comprising 59 plots.  Onsite design included the proposed estate road design, external works design, and part M evaluation, Wessex Water sewer diversion, foul and surface water drainage design including adoptable foul water pumping station serving 15 plots and storm water attenuation design.  Off site works to facilitate the site included extensive carriageway realignment, existing bridge widening, the design of a new highways bridge and sewer upgrades identified by Wessex Water.
