Trafalgar Road, Lypmstone
The proposed development of 52 homes on the green field site posed a number of challenges which had to be overcome through the design. Access to the site was restricted and required a number of road improvements, which where covered under a 278 agreement. The topography of the site lead to complicated highway and external works designs to achieve the relevant standards and requirements. The density of the development left insufficient room within the site boundary for adequate storm water attenuation and therefore an offsite sewer requisition was required.
