Wyvern Park
Wyvern Park included the regeneration of part of the Wyvern army Barracks off Barrack Road, with a sympathetically planned mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Sands were commissioned by C G Fry and Son to undertake the civil engineering design for the 140 plot development. The design works included the design of 750m of estate roads, foul and surface water drainage design including multi stage surface water attenuation system and full external works design. Both the highways and drainage were submitted for Section 38 and 104 adoption agreements.
