Due to an increase in demand, Westerly MINI Exeter required a new showroom.

Rather than build from new they managed to acquire an existing building that was in good condition, but due to BMW MINI’s exacting standards the building needed significant modifications and alterations.

The most eye-catching feature was the full size MINI which was attached to the side of the building.

New steelwork was required to support this fibreglass MINI and raise the existing parapet.

Further steelwork was required to support new signage and trim new openings.
