Sands carry out all aspects of Structural and Civil Engineering design to a broad client base which includes, but is not limited to, Retail, Education, Industrial, Health and Leisure Industries. We carry out a significant amount of work in the Residential

Sector working for Housing Developers, Associations and the ‘local’ house builder.

Part of our core business is working with domestic clients and private individuals on home extensions, barn conversions and alterations.

Quite literally no job is too small or too big. We have successfully completed work on projects of all sizes varying from the installation of a single beam, to multi-million pound sports stadiums.

Sands core work covers the South West of England – Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. However, we have never considered ourselves constrained within these counties and have worked extensively across the nation; in particular, London and the Home Counties.
