Sands have been involved in the development of the Darts Farm site since the buildings were actually old farm sheds.

We were commissioned to carry out work for the new design restaurant and retail areas where we worked with the client to remove as many ground floor columns as possible.

The two-storey steel-framed structure which houses an Outdoor Leisure store is just one of many projects Sands have been involved with on this site.

Sands re-designed the drainage and car park layouts and the structural design incorporated retaining walls, external balconies and a large glazed elevation overlooking the River Exe.
