The Exmouth marina development by Eagle One is a series of waterfront apartments adjacent to the renowned Exe Estuary and is situated in a unique location benefiting from the far-reaching panoramic views of the Exe Estuary and the beaches of Exmouth.

Sands have worked closely with the developer over a number of years to develop the marina site.

We provided a full design service including the Civil and Infrastructure (roads and drainage) and the Structural design.

All the buildings are supported on piled foundations with  undercroft parking and use a combination of concrete, steel, masonry and timber frame construction.
