Working with Moorhaven Property and Complete Build Partnerships, Sands were appointed to undertake detailed civil and structural designs for a scheme of three high end steel frame dwellings in Plymstock, Devon.

Our civils department provided full external levels, surfacing specification and drainage designs ensuring connection into an earlier phase of development whilst the raft foundations and complex steelwork structure was designed by our structural team.

Works are currently progressing well on site with expected completion in 2023.
