Sands were commissioned by Eagle One to provide a masterplan drainage strategy for the proposed development at Tithebarn, Exeter.  As part of these works, we put together a detailed Sustainable Drainage Scheme (SuDS) providing storm water attenuation and water quality improvements, alongside associated amenity space and natural play to serve the surrounding residential areas.

Working closely with the client, landscape architect and planning authority we designed a series of five cascading attenuation basins comprising hard engineered and soft landscape elements.

Information boards and marker posts are being placed at strategic locations around the site that will provide an insight to residents and visitors as to how the scheme operates during various flood events.
